1. We use Multiple Carriers to ensure we can get your order delivered as Fast as possible, Smaller Lighter items are Typically shipped with Royal Mail while Large Items are usually shipped with APC Overnight. Orders placed before 1PM will usually be dispatched Same Day and our Carriers will always aim to deliver the next working day.
Out Stock levels are updated hourly and all orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not physically in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, all orders received before 1pm will be dispatched Same Day, we recommend that you allow up to 5 Minutes before the cut off time for your order to be received and processed.
Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
Please note we do not ship on Weekends.
4. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website. We cannot guarantee that our carriers will be able to accommodate your request but we will always pass on any Special Instructions.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order, Frozen Items will always be Shipped via Next Day Courier. To find out how much your Shipping will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Our current shipping options are:

Next Day Courier: £7.49
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at email@example.com, Providing Photos of any Damages in your initial contact will speed up the resolution process.
7. Perishable Items
It is important to ensure somebody is Available to accept delivery of perishable items. We Guarantee Live/Frozen arrival on all Live and Frozen food orders, Provided they are delivered on the First attempt. If there is nobody available to accept delivery on the First attempt we cannot guarantee the condition of these items.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days).
